HISTORY
In 1980, Charles L. Dees Sr., founder and CEO, started a small business in a basement in downtown Montgomery, Alabama, with two product lines and two employees. Over the years, we have grown into a trusted distributor for over 100 product lines and 20 employees. We have seen many changes in the industry and have changed and grown with it, without forgetting our humble beginnings. Being a family-owned business, we don’t have stockholders to report to. We report to our customers and to each other!
DEDICATION
We have built solid relationships with our suppliers, working for the best discounts available so we can pass along savings to you! Our well-stocked showroom and friendly staff reflects a hometown atmosphere in our retail store. And behind the scenes, our sales division, with over 125 years’ experience, continues to work for state and local contracts. We have one of the largest ammunition inventories in the Southeast, holding several state-wide contracts.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We sell over 100 brands of law enforcement equipment and apparel, offering a wide variety – duty gear, firearms, ammunition, flashlights, footwear and apparel. In-stock items usually ship within 24-hours. A live person answers the phone – you won’t get the automated run-around. Testimony to our superb customer service is 4 out of 5 customers are REPEAT customers! However, if we do happen to fall short, rest assured we will do everything we can to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
